"Floating?" - Limited Edition Fine Art Print

• Customers must submit requests no later than 5 days upon receipt of the order. 

 

• To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

• To start a return, you can contact us at tiico.art@gmail.com Please note that returns will need to be sent to Lisbon, Portugal.

 

• Upon acceptance of your return, we will supply you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. Also, if you reside outside Portugal, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

 

• Customers are responsible for postage.

 

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping

Orders are fulfilled within 5 working days. Delivery times from this point vary by country but they should take around 5-10 business days. Please bear in mind that these are average times and actual times will vary.
